Inside the Build: The New Altona North HQ

THE HQ BUILD
We never actually left Altona North. The shop was just on hold. But now that we’ve got the keys back in hand, we aren't just unlocking the doors—we are completely transforming the space.
We are taking the original warehouse and splitting it into two distinct worlds to handle the future of Slide Worx.
The Breakdown:
⬇️ DOWNSTAIRS: The Engine Room (300sqm) We are keeping the ground floor raw, gritty, and functional. This is where the real work happens. It’s the new hub for our expanded R&D Department, advanced Prototyping and Machining, and high-volume warehousing to keep parts on shelves.
⬆️ UPSTAIRS: The Experience (200sqm) This is the game-changer. We are currently constructing a massive new mezzanine level. This premium showroom will host full vehicle displays, a customer lounge, and dedicated retail space for our new ventures.
This isn't an overnight job. It’s a 3-4 month grind, and we are taking you along for the ride on our socials. Watch this space.
