Lock it down. Feel everything.

The factory subframe bushings on Nissan S-Chassis and Skylines are the single biggest cause of rear-end slop. They are made of soft rubber that is now over 20 years old, cracked, and tired. When you launch or kick the clutch, the entire subframe twists before the wheels even turn. This causes Axle Tramp, vague steering feedback, and unpredictable handling.

The Slide Worx Upgrade: We replace that spongy rubber with solid CNC Machined Billet Aluminum. By rigidly mounting the subframe to the chassis, you eliminate 100% of the subframe movement.

The Result:

  • Instant Power Transfer: No energy is lost compressing rubber; it all goes to the tires.

  • Precise Feedback: You feel exactly what the rear tires are doing, making it easier to catch a slide.

  • Zero Axle Tramp: Stops the subframe from bouncing under hard acceleration.

The Specs:

  • Material: T6061 CNC Machined Billet Aluminum (Lightweight & Strong).

  • Design: Precision engineered for a perfect press-fit into the factory subframe.

  • Kit Contents: Full set of 4 x Solid Bushes (Top & Bottom halves).

  • Durability: Anodized finish to prevent corrosion. Will outlast the chassis itself.

Fitment:

  • Nissan Silvia S13 / 180SX / 240SX

  • Nissan Silvia S14 / 200SX

  • Nissan Silvia S15 / 200SX

  • Nissan Skyline R32 / R33 / R34 (GTS-T / GTR)

  • Nissan Cefiro A31 / Laurel C33

Installation Note:

  • This is a workshop-level job. You will need to burn or press out the old factory rubber bushings and the metal shells before installing these.

  • Once installed, you will experience increased road noise (NVH) inside the cabin—this is the trade-off for a car that handles like a race car.

The Slide Worx Promise: Designed, Prototyped & Tested in Altona, Melbourne. We don't just pick parts out of a catalogue. We design and prototype our gear in-house, testing the samples on our own cars before they ever go to production. Every single unit is then quality-checked by hand at our Altona HQ. If we wouldn't run it, we don't sell it.
